Our Chow of the Month pieces are a great way to introduce you and your dog – so why not share your story with the community today!
We rescued Nunu, she had server Entropion and was at risk of losing her eyes. She was very timid and had spent her life in a crate with the intentions of being a breeding dog. After two operations and lots of love she is now full of life, she loves to roll around on the beds and be treated like a teddy bear. She has a bizarre love for dressing gowns and fluffy blankets and every time she see’s one she thinks it indicates a game of tug of war and this results in us getting dragged around the house and our items getting huge holes in them.
She has a very timid nature for a Chow, she is very loving and happy. People are genuinely surprised by her calm nature and her loving & fun temperament.
Nunu hates people visiting our house and she becomes very anxious and protective and scares everyone off with her very loud bark !!! Good job we are an antisocial family haha.
She is also scared of the dark and water.
Since rescuing her our lives have been a whirlwind and we are forever in the vets but we couldn’t imagine life without her and it makes us love her even more when we have a bad day she always cheers us up with her beautiful smile.
